We're sorry you're getting disconnected from Rumble Club! There are a number of problems that could cause disconnection such as a bug, your internet or device connection, or a local error. Before you open a ticket, please take the following steps:
- Restart your device
- Only use one connection type (mobile data or WIFI)
- Check that you have a stable connection in other apps to determine if your internet connection is stable
If these steps do not solve your problem please open a support ticket answering the following questions:
- Are you seeing the red "Bad WIFI" icon flash on your screen?
- Are you getting kicked out of matches?
- Are you seeing an error code? If so, what error code do you see?
Please provide as much information as you can to help us investigate your issue, including screenshots or videos.
